About the game: This is a text-and-pictures-based game, where you read text and from time to time make choices that determine the outcome of your story. There are 9 possible endings. The game is not intended for children (even though it does not contain graphic nudity, explicit sex descriptions or violence).

Game story: You are Yoshiyuki. Being unhappy with your life, you move away and leave everything behind. At first you like your new life, it's simple and you can be yourself. But several years later, you find yourself in a complicated situation with Ori, Ochi and Onoe. Please note, that the complete story will be revealed in only one of the endings.

Graphics and Text: There are various things that you can understand from the game's visuals. Colored text is the speech of the given character. Each character has a different color when they speak. Sepia colored background indicates that the events take place in the past. A set of tildes (~) indicates that time has passed. It can be a few seconds, but also very long, depending on the context.

Music: The music is a part of the story and it is not recommended to play without it, as the player will miss out on easter eggs hidden inside the game.

Easter Eggs: There are several things that are hidden from the player. There are references to other games and ways to find out mottos and hidden connections between events that happen in the game.

CG Gallery: The gallery is a bonus showing the special graphics used in the game, and also some of the development sketches and stages for backgrounds, design and the characters once the player has opened all the previous galleries.

Starting the game: By default, the game starts running in fullscreen mode. On some computers, especially some virtual machines, this can lead to mouse problems. To fix this, press "F".

Controls: The left mouse button is used to advance to the next line of dialogue, or to pick menu options. The right mouse button brings you into a menu screen where you can save the game, load the game, change preferences, return to the main menu, or quit entirely. Scrolling the mouse wheel up or pushing page up returns you to the previous screen. Holding down the CTRL key skips dialogue. By default, it only skips read dialogue, but this can be changed by a preference. Tab toggles skip mode.

Automatic reading: This option lets you set an interval at which the text is being automatically forwarded to the next page so you don't have to click or press the keyboard buttons to advance. You simply read. If the line gets too long, the interval increases accordingly so you have time finishing reading.
